Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vaultix ("the Bot", "we", "us"), including the Discord bot and the web dashboard. By using Vaultix you confirm you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Use of the Service

Vaultix is a Discord ticket management bot and companion dashboard. You may use Vaultix for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Use Vaultix to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any individual
• Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with Vaultix's systems
• Use automated tools to abuse Vaultix's features or API
• Engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable law

3. Server Administrator Responsibilities

If you add Vaultix to a Discord server, you are responsible for how it is configured and used. You are responsible for ensuring your members are aware that the bot collects data (ticket messages, user IDs, etc.) as required by applicable privacy law.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Vaultix offers Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are processed through Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred
• Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Custom Bot Tokens (Pro+)

Pro and above plans allow you to run Vaultix under your own Discord bot token. You are responsible for keeping your bot token secure. We store tokens encrypted at rest. You must not share your bot token publicly. We are not liable for misuse arising from a compromised token.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Vaultix at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may remove Vaultix from your server at any time by kicking the bot.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vaultix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Use Vaultix at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaultix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
