2. How We Use Your Data

Data collected by Vaultix is used exclusively to provide and improve the service:

• To power the ticket system and generate transcripts
• To display information on the Vaultix dashboard
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To run custom bot instances for Pro+ subscribers
• To improve reliability and debug issues

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on a private server. We take reasonable technical precautions including encrypted connections, access controls, and AES-256 encryption for bot tokens. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Ticket Message Content

Unlike most bots, Vaultix stores ticket message content to generate transcripts. This is a core feature of the service. Messages are stored per-ticket and accessible only to users with dashboard access to that server. Transcripts are deleted when the ticket is permanently deleted or when the bot is removed from a server.

5. Third-Party Services

• Discord — Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy
• Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Server data — deleted automatically when Vaultix is removed from a server
• Ticket data — retained per your server's archive settings, or until the bot is removed
• Dashboard accounts — retained until deletion is requested
• Bot tokens — deleted immediately when you remove your token or cancel your subscription

To request deletion of your data, contact us on Discord. We will process requests within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Vaultix is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Discord itself requires users to be at least 13.

8. Your Rights

• The right to access the data we hold about you
• The right to request correction of inaccurate data
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to object to or restrict processing

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Vaultix after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
